Our services are commonly used by owners and architects to ensure that what is taking place onsite is in your best interest as the owner. In this case we serve as an experienced third party, familiar with the details of construction.
We serve the owner by tracking costs, scheduling projects, monitoring construction techniques and managing your overall construction projects. Typically Fixter Construction begins as part of your professional services team during the design phase. This consultation provides practical construction counsel on techniques and materials to the design offering a valuable resource for the owners and architect. We then track the project, working with the owners, architects and contractors to provide input on the various subcontractors and track the project to its completion. Fixter Construction represents the owner providing careful supervision. It has proven helpful to our past clients to have us watching and working throughout this complex process on their behalf.
